At Touch of Cinema, we are 100% committed to providing the best possible service and end product to my clients. I permit a lot of flexibility in the use of my images, videos and simply ask that you notify us of specific desired uses for the photos and videos, provide us with the appropriate credit (Photos or Videos by TouchOfCinema.com) when our images or videos are used.
Any information we collect in is treated confidentially. We do not share or sell your information to third party companies. If you entered your email, name and phone number this information is only used internally and for future promotional marketing and you will be able unsubscribe at the bottom of any e-mail you receive.
Under current copyright laws, ownership of all photos and videos belongs entirely to Touch of Cinema.
Touch of Cinema retains all rights to photos and videos taken unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and only licenses the use of the images to the (“CLIENT”) of the project(s) for marketing purposes. All images produced for the client may be used by the client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the project(s) and for the client’s self-promotion.
Touch Of Cinema is an independent contractor, and shall not be deemed to be an employee of the client. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee–employer relationship is intended or created by this agreement. Neither party is authorized to act as agent or bind the other party except as expressly stated in this agreement. The photographer or videographer and the photos, videos or any other deliverables prepared by “Touch Of Cinema” shall not be deemed a work for hire as defined under Copyright Law. All rights granted to client are contractual in nature and are expressly defined by this agreement.
All sessions are booked and paid for in USD beforehand in our website. Touch Of Cinema reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or refuse to schedule subsequent photo or video shoots until account is made current.
All of our work meets our customers’ satisfaction. However, if for a valid reason you are not happy with the final images or videos we will return and retake them at no cost.
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Please notify us within 48 hours if you will need to cancel the shoot.
Touch Of Cinema will charge a 50% fee for cancellations not made within 48 hours. Please note, that the entire shoot amount will be assessed if we arrive at the location to find the shoot is cancelled (including denied access to the location, etc.)
The (“CLIENT”) is responsible to check the weather before scheduling a shoot, therefore, there will be fee of $25 assessed for rescheduling due to bad weather. No exceptions!
If it is raining at the time of the shoot, we will proceed to the shoot indoors (depending on the project) and wait or return for the exterior shots at another time.
